Old rc Nikko "Frame Buggy" radio malfunction

I'm trying to fix the radio of an old Nikko rc toy. It is a 27Mhz
radio 2 channels.
The motor command works well, while the steering command seems to be
dead. I've tried to find the schematics, but with now results.
Can someone help me?

What kind of frame buggy do you have?

I myself am looking for a Turbo Panther in any conditionb eit part
broken whatever?
